Sanitation & Disinfection Services in Boca Raton, FL
Some situations need more than routine cleaning. After a sewage backup, floodwater, mold, or an illness in the home or workplace, we clean, sanitize, and disinfect affected areas using methods matched to each surface and the type of contamination.
- HEPA air scrubbing following CDC guidance
- Repeated disinfection of high-touch surfaces
- Methods matched to porous and non-porous materials

When sanitation is needed
Sewage backups
Toilet, drain, and sewer line backups bring contaminated water that requires removal, cleaning, and disinfection.
Floodwater
Water entering from outside can carry soil, bacteria, and debris into the property.
After mold remediation
Final cleaning of surfaces and contents once mold-damaged materials have been removed.
Illness or outbreak concerns
Disinfection of homes, offices, and common areas after a contagious illness.
Move-in and move-out
Deep cleaning and sanitizing for rentals, condos, and properties changing hands.
Commercial spaces
Offices, retail, gyms, and common areas where many people share the same surfaces.
How our disinfection process works
Assess
We identify the type of contamination, the affected areas, and any materials that cannot be cleaned and should be removed.
Clean the air
HEPA-filtered air scrubbers are placed inside the building to capture airborne particles, following CDC guidance for airborne contaminant removal.
High-touch areas
Frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected more than once, working from door handles at the entry through the space and back to the exit.
All other surfaces
Remaining surfaces and objects are decontaminated with methods matched to each material, following CDC guidelines at a minimum.

Protecting your home during disinfection
Before fogging begins, floors and surfaces in the work area are covered and taped, and debris and removed materials are bagged so they don't spread through the home.
Our technicians wear protective suits, respirators, and shoe covers. A fogger distributes disinfectant as a fine mist, so it reaches walls, corners, and surfaces throughout the treated room, followed by the dwell time the product requires.
Methods matched to each surface
Non-porous surfaces
Counters, metal, glass, sealed tile, and plastics are cleaned and then disinfected with registered products and the required contact time.
Semi-porous surfaces
Sealed wood, painted walls, and some laminates need products and techniques that disinfect without damaging the finish.
Porous materials
Fabrics, upholstery, carpet, and drywall absorb contamination. Some can be cleaned; heavily affected items may need to be removed.

Sanitation Services questions
Is sewage cleanup something I can do myself?
We don't recommend it. Sewage can contain bacteria and other harmful contaminants. Keep people and pets away from the area and call a professional for cleanup and disinfection.
Can you guarantee a space will be free of germs?
No one can honestly guarantee that. Proper cleaning and disinfection significantly reduce contamination on treated surfaces, and we'll explain what was done and what to expect afterward.
Do you sanitize after mold remediation?
Yes. Final cleaning of surfaces and contents is part of completing a mold remediation project. See our mold remediation page.
Do you offer sanitation for businesses?
Yes. We work in offices, retail spaces, gyms, and shared common areas, and can schedule work around your operating hours.
